We design and build web, mobile, and AI solutions for demanding clients. Our development team is based in Bali, Indonesia, where we ship production-grade products on modern, ambitious stacks.

You'll own the product vision and delivery across our client projects, bridging clients, designers, and engineers. You set the direction and the quality bar, write the brief, challenge the output, and make the call when design, business, and technical constraints pull in different directions. You own whether what ships is right.

•   Own and maintain product backlogs across multiple client projects, from discovery to delivery

•   Translate client and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs

•   Write clear design briefs: problem, users, constraints, success criteria, scope

•   Review and challenge design work, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, and give specific, actionable feedback

•   Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, specs, and rough concept sketching so intent is clear before design starts

•   Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing client expectations, technical constraints, and timelines

•   Run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews) and keep delivery on track

•   Act as the main bridge between clients, designers, and engineering teams

•   Define and track product and usability metrics to validate that what we ship delivers value

•   5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in an agency or multi-project environment

•   Proven track record shipping web and mobile products end-to-end (not just managing backlogs)

•   Strong design judgment: you can critique a flow or a screen, explain why it works or doesn't, and push back on a designer

•   Experience using AI tools to augment product and workflows

•   Strong grasp of agile methodologies and hands-on fluency with Project management tools

•   Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

•   Able to delegate: you hand off work with enough context to be done well, then follow up on outcomes rather than activity

•   Comfortable saying no, to clients and internally, and explaining the trade-off behind it

•   Gives direct feedback without making it personal, and takes it the same way

•   Stays composed across parallel projects and shifting priorities

•   Comfortable with AI/ML product concepts, given our project mix

•   Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia recommended

•   Autonomy, rigor, and a delivery-focused mindset

•   Fluent in French: a good share of our clients and team are French-speaking

•   Already based in Bali,

•   Into vibe coding: you enjoy building your own prototypes with AI coding tools rather than only describing them

•   Basic technical literacy: you can read an API contract and follow an architecture discussion without translation

•   Experience in a small team where process had to be built rather than inherited

•   A central role shaping high-impact products across diverse clients
