Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex enterprise-grade Python applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance in distributed environments
Lead architecture and design efforts for large-scale systems, ensuring adherence to security, performance, and maintainability standards
Optimize data processing pipelines for batch and near-real-time workloads, including extraction, transformation, validation, and enrichment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, infrastructure) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Drive engineering best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to elevate team standards
Support incident response, debugging, and post-incident analysis to improve system resilience and operational stability
