Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web
Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring cohesive UI/UX across platforms while adhering to platform guidelines
Own the full design lifecycle—from ideation and user flows to final pixel-perfect visual design
Collaborate with Product Managers to shape product strategy and define requirements
Partner with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handoff of design assets
Iterate designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to improve satisfaction and retention
Advocate for UX best practices and improve design processes, tooling, and team culture
Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, inclusive design environment
