The role owns backlogs, roadmaps, and priorities for cargo systems, works closely with business users, vendors, architects, and delivery teams in an Agile setup, and sees enhancements through requirements, UAT, release, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for cargo systems.
- Gather and define business requirements for cargo initiatives — process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Create and prioritize user stories, manage sprint activities, and support Agile delivery through to release.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Review acceptance criteria and deliverables, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing to protect product quality.
- Oversee system enhancements, integrations, testing, and release activities across vendors and IT teams.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, resolve business issues, and drive adoption through change management, documentation, and training.

Required Technical Skills
- 5–8 years in business analysis and product ownership roles on operational systems.
- Strong aviation/air cargo domain knowledge is required.
- Hands-on experience with air cargo systems such as SkyChain, iCargo, Cargospot, or Croamis.
- Proven product ownership — backlog management, requirement prioritization, and roadmap definition.
- Agile delivery experience: user story creation, sprint planning, UAT, and release management.
- Understanding of system integrations (APIs and interfaces with customs, ERP, finance, and warehouse systems), plus data analysis and KPI reporting.
