Key Responsibilities

Design and build backend services in Rust that handle real-time policy checks at scale with low latency and high reliability.

Own features end-to-end, including API design, database schema, and deployment.

Ship, monitor, and iterate on production systems.

Work across the stack when needed to solve problems.

Improve system performance and reliability through connection pooling, caching strategies, query optimization, and observability.

Collaborate directly with product and research teams to turn requirements into production systems.
