Payroll Analyst (ADP) in PHILIPPINES

We are currently looking for Global Payroll Analysts to join as Independent Contractor for a US based client. A client in US with operations in Canada, UK, LATAM, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand regions is moving to ADP. Anyone with reference of helping organizations from these regions move to ADP Payroll and run/manage the same is our primary target with – geographical payroll experience and expertise.

As an Analyst, you will be supporting the responsibility for an error free transition of payroll system to ADP and timely delivery of payroll outputs to end clients as per end clients' requirement within the stipulated time as per the overall project plan. Work shall start with multiple testers and manual processors to aid with the implementation phase and eventually to other areas of payroll as workload shifts.

This is a fully remote work and night shift schedule. We're forming an inaugural team in PH for this ADP Payroll implementation work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end global payroll operations and calculations for the regions mentioned above. Customer focused payroll experience, preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience with SAP payroll systems preferably ADP Run, WorkforceNow, Globalview, GLI, SucessFactors, Kronos, e-Time, accounting practices, financial reporting and industry standard tools.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Project experience desired but not required.
• Excellent Service Orientation skills, analytical skills, and expert problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work fully remote on US day shift.
• Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) qualification desirable.
