Manage comprehensive patching cadences for Windows OS, third-party software, drivers, firmware, and BIOS using platforms like Patch My PC

Implement and enforce Microsoft security baselines, device compliance rules, and endpoint controls aligned with the ACSC Essential Eight framework

Deploy, tune, and monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR/XDR), investigating attack surfaces and resolving configuration bottlenecks

Develop complex PowerShell scripts and Intune proactive remediations to automate endpoint maintenance, package deployments, and policy compliance

Analyze security scan reports, identify deployment blockers, and systematically remediate zero-day vulnerabilities and misconfigurations
