Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Linux-based infrastructure (Debian/Ubuntu) and Kubernetes clusters across bare-metal, virtualized, and on-prem environments
Design and implement networking architecture including VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs, and multi-site connectivity
Automate provisioning, deployment, and operations using Ansible, Bash/Python, and GitOps workflows
Deploy and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, Loki, ELK) and optimize alerting/monitoring pipelines
Lead incident response, escalation, and on-call rotations while defining SLOs/SLIs for infrastructure reliability
Manage virtualization (OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware) and orchestration layers for Policlouds infrastructure
Develop SOPs for repeatable operations and coordinate physical maintenance for hardware and data centers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Hivenet, Policloud, Customer Success) to improve system quality and resource utilization
