UI Designer at BairesDev

As a UI Designer, you will craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will translate complex requirements into clean, functional designs, ensuring a seamless journey for users across various digital products.

What You'll Do

• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma to communicate design intent.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability across projects.
• Conduct user research and apply findings to iterate on designs and solve complex usability challenges.
• Implement accessibility standards to ensure digital products are inclusive and usable for all individuals.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial discovery and ideation to final handoff and implementation support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with technical constraints and business objectives.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UI Design or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in Figma and creating comprehensive design systems.
• Strong proficiency in user research methods, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Hands-on experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG) within interface designs.
• Ability to manage end-to-end design processes for both user experience and interface on small teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
