Senior User Experience Designer

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable digital experiences for complex business applications. In this role, you'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to transform user needs and business requirements into seamless, impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams.
• Simplify complex workflows and design solutions that improve usability and efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Incorporate user research, analytics, and feedback into design decisions.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and customer-centered design best practices.
• Clearly communicate design rationale and influence decisions across multiple stakeholders.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI-enabled experiences, to improve product value.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience designing digital products and applications.
• Recent experience designing B2B, enterprise, or SaaS products required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process, problem-solving, and measurable business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of UX research methods and applying insights to product decisions.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences and emerging design trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
