The role works with airport operations, reservations, operations control, customer experience and finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own requirements end to end: elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritisation, traceability and sign-off.
- Work with operations, reservations, operations control, customer experience and finance to define passenger handling during disruptions.
- Write functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Map disruption processes and integrations with PSS, DCS, voucher and finance systems.
- Define eligibility, entitlement and compensation rules under passenger-rights regulations.
- Support solution design, vendor evaluation, UAT and business change through to go-live.
- Lead workshops and sign-offs; report progress, risks and decisions to leadership.

Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and Departure Control Systems (DCS) is required, including the passenger and flight data flow between them.
- Expertise in airline disruption and passenger welfare management (recovery, reaccommodation, hotel, transport, meals, compensation); delivery of such a solution is strongly preferred.
- Requirements engineering: BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, BPMN, data mapping.
- Knowledge of irregular operations (IROPS) and passenger-rights/compensation frameworks.
- Can specify PSS/DCS, notification, voucher/payment and finance reconciliation integrations.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps; comfortable in Agile or hybrid delivery.
