Salary Range: $1,800 – $3,800 NET
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience BA or similar roles.
- Strong background working closely with developers and engineering teams.
- Previous experience in Fintech or Blockchain projects is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in creating system flows, wireframes, and managing task boards (Jira/Confluence).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with cross-functional teams, especially product managers and software development teams, to gather and analyze requirements.
