Lead development and support of enterprise .NET web and desktop applications

Provide day-to-day technical leadership for onshore and offshore development teams

Translate business and technical requirements into technical tasks, user stories, specifications, and design artifacts

Review offshore code for architecture, security, performance, quality, and development standards

Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, WCF, and enterprise integrations

Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures

Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers

Maintain technical documentation, user guides, architecture documentation, and weekly progress reporting
