Key Responsibilities

Administer and troubleshoot Linux environments.

Resolve infrastructure issues involving CPU, memory, disk, servers, and VMs.

Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation.

Create Grafana dashboards and configure monitoring alerts.

Develop PromQL queries and manage Prometheus alerting.

Monitor infrastructure and application metrics and troubleshoot alerts.

Create and troubleshoot Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Support Azure DevOps Artifacts and branch policies.

Automate operational tasks using Bash and/or Python.

Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.

Proactively identify potential infrastructure and application issues.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and application teams.
