Job Summary:

We are looking for versatile, product-minded Product Designers to join our engineering team. Whether you are at a Mid-level (4 years) or Senior level (5+ years), we value your ability to take a concept from a blank canvas to a fully polished app on the Store. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and users, you will turn insights into delightful digital products in a creative environment that encourages leadership and strong execution of a creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product & UX/UI Design: Set design requirements based on user research and internal input. Create, modify, and refine user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product engineers and cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, suggest product/process improvements, and ensure seamless technical execution.
• Visual & Brand Strategy: Develop a cohesive cross-channel visual strategy, defining layouts, graphics, typography, and color schemes across all web properties and digital touchpoints.
• Market & Product Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and user feedback to identify new product improvement opportunities that satisfy market needs.
• Design Leadership & Communication: Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership. Deliver and receive constructive feedback to iterate effectively while maintaining design consistency across teams.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer for Web/App, with a deep understanding of end-to-end product workflows.
• Design Thinking: Strong understanding of design thinking principles and a passionate, user-centric mindset.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Attention to Detail: An expert eye for visual design—layout, typography, spacing, and system consistency.
• Self-directed, confident, and highly collaborative in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
• Has an expert eye for details - layout, design consistencies, spacing, etc
• Can work closely and collaborates with developers and UX/UI Team.
• Self-directed, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have: Experience with interactive prototyping and micro-interactions. Motion design skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
