This is for a cutting-edge AI startup with $70M+ in funding and a differentiated approach to building and owning proprietary data assets. We're looking for a hands-on product engineering leader with 5–10 years of full-stack experience who is comfortable writing code regularly. You should have shipped zero-to-one, user-facing products and built scalable, data-intensive systems, ideally at a high-growth startup. This is 5 days/week on-site in San Francisco, so you must be local or willing to relocate. 2+ years of engineering management or founder/early-stage startup experience is highly desired.

Comp: $250K–$300K base + competitive equity

Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL

• Design and scale systems handling large volumes of complex data.

🧩 100% Required:

• 5–10 years of product-focused full-stack engineering experience.
• Technical leadership experience within a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Strong full-stack and backend fundamentals with modern web technologies.
• Proven experience taking user-facing products from 0→1.
• Experience building high-scale, data-intensive systems or pipelines.
• Comfortable leading engineers while remaining highly hands-on technically.
