Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade data platforms utilizing Microsoft Fabric and related technologies.
- Design and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) for support scalable and governed analytics solutions.
- Build, optimize and maintain end-to-end data pipelines covering all stages of the data lifecycle: Data ingestion; Data transformation; Data orchestration; Data storage; Data quality and monitoring; Data modeling; Analytics and reporting enablement.
- Develop solutions using Fabric Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Notebooks, Semantic Models, and Power BI.
- Design scalable ETL/ELT processes and data models supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
- Implement best practices in data governance, security, quality, lineage, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, product owners, and client stakeholders in agile environments.
- Document technical designs and communicate architecture decisions effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Development, or Data Architecture.
- Minimum 2–3 years' proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric across the end-to-end data lifecycle.
- Proven implementation of Medallion Architecture in production environments.
- Experience delivering 2–3 similar Microsoft Fabric / modern data platform projects.
- Experience with Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and Power BI Semantic Models.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience developing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and modern cloud data architectures.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts.
- Experience implementing data governance, security, and data quality frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
