Key Responsibilities

Redesign and scale the existing referral program to drive a step-change in organic acquisition

Own referrals, invite loops, user-generated content, social sharing, gifting, freemium, and novel viral mechanics end to end

Lead a small team of engineers and designers and ship experiments daily

Scope MVPs, work directly with the codebase, and move ideas into staging

Build the analytics stack for viral coefficients, referral rates, loop performance, and experiment outcomes

Establish the product-growth strategy, team, operating cadence, and roadmap from the ground up

We are hiring a Head of Product Growth to build and lead a new referrals and viral-loops function.
