Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical SME for Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS environments
Administer, configure, patch, upgrade, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows Server systems
Manage and support Active Directory, including users, groups, OUs, Group Policy, DNS integration, trusts, and domain services
Install, configure, secure, tune, and troubleshoot Microsoft IIS web server environments
Perform advanced troubleshooting across Windows services, event logs, authentication, permissions, storage, CPU, memory, networking, and application connectivity
Apply DISA STIGs and harden Windows systems to meet DoD RMF security requirements
Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and enterprise Windows security configurations
Perform root-cause analysis for complex production issues and system outages
Support virtualized Windows environments across development, test, and production
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, system configurations, and operational procedures
Participate in production support and on-call rotations as required

The role requires advanced expertise in Windows administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, IIS, authentication, networking, and system troubleshooting. Responsibilities include maintaining mission-critical systems, resolving complex production issues, supporting virtualized environments, and implementing security hardening and vulnerability remediation. Experience with DISA STIGs, DoD RMF requirements, and enterprise Windows security standards is essential.
These positions are fully remote.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical SME for Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS environments.
- Administer, configure, patch, upgrade, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows Server systems.

Clearance Requirement
- Must hold an active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, DevOps Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of NTFS permissions, certificates, SSL/TLS, Windows networking, and enterprise authentication.
