Job Summary
Overall Purpose:
The job holder shall support the department by assisting the Senior Manager in developing, implementing and monitoring project methodologies and managing the project runway. The Senior Analyst shall analyse project data to identify inefficiencies and provides actionable insights to improve delivery performance. By maintaining accurate reports and supporting the adoption of methodology, the job holder shall also contribute to the Bank’s transformation objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The job holder will be responsible for:
- Methodology Development Support
- Assisting in designing and refining project methodologies aligned with organisational strategy.
- Implementation Support
- Supporting the rollout of methodologies across projects and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Monitoring Methodology Effectiveness
- Collaborating with Governance and Oversight teams to assess methodology performance and recommending improvements.
- Project Runway Management
- Assisting in managing the project runway, including planning, scheduling, and forecasting.
- Reporting
- Preparing and maintaining reports on project runway and resource utilisation for senior stakeholders.
- Project Data Analysis
- Analysing project data to provide insights into progress, resource efficiency, and the effectiveness of the methodology.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and contributing to the adoption of best practices.

Required Criteria:
Previous proven work experience of four (4) years in Data Analysis and Reporting, Project/Portfolio Management or related area, and a certification in PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe Programme Consultant(SPC), Lean Six Sigma, or an MQF Level 5 Award in Business, Project Management, Finance or related field.
OR
Previous proven work experience of five (5) years in Data Analysis and Reporting, Project/Portfolio Management or related area.
OR
Previous proven work experience of two (2) years in Data Analysis and Reporting, Project/Portfolio Management or related area. and an MQF Level 6 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Finance or related field.
Candidates with lesser Years of Experience may be considered should they hold a higher, full and related Postgraduate Degree
