Job Summary

Seeking a FPGA Engineering Manager for a high growth capital equipment manufacturer in the North Reading, MA area.

The FPGA Engineering Manager would be responsible guiding a team of 4-6 engineers through the design and verification of next-generation FPGAs, while balancing technical leadership and remaining a hands-on contributor, too!

Responsibilities

  • Lead 2-3 simultaneous FPGA development projects from concept to completion.
  • Direct and oversee distributed/remote engineering resources to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, track budgets, and maintain optimal staffing levels using a mix of full-time and contract resources.
  • Serve as the primary FPGA representative on cross-functional project core teams and at executive program review
  • Partner with interdisciplinary engineering and business teams to align FPGA/IP deliverables with product requirements.
