About The Role
This is a foundational product engineering role on a small, high-caliber founding team building an AI-powered platform for private market operations. You'll own the core interface through which operations teams interact with AI agents — shaping the design system, review workflows, and human-in-the-loop UX that make automated outputs trustworthy and easy to act on.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain the product's design system and UX patterns across the application.
- Build product interfaces that connect users to AI agents and underlying data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent-generated outputs.
- Conduct user research with operations stakeholders to identify pain points and iterate on features.
