The Role: We’re searching for a passionate Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team in Thailand. You’ll be the key point of contact for our clients in Australia and the UK, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth by managing and expanding client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Renewals & Retention: Proactively manage client relationships to enhance satisfaction, predict potential issues, and secure contract renewals.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, maximising the value we deliver to our clients.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, utilising your expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, and more.
- Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, driving long-term success.
