Accountabilities

- Analyze and optimize GPU performance to deliver smooth gameplay and high-fidelity visuals across supported platforms.
- Collaborate closely with art and design teams to define, refine, and implement the visual direction and look of the game.
- Develop and enhance graphics capabilities across visual effects, lighting, post-processing, and related rendering systems.
- Contribute to system-wide graphics technology upgrades and modernization initiatives.

- 3+ years of professional experience in game development, graphics programming, or a closely related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency with HLSL or a comparable shader programming language.
- Strong understanding of 3D mathematics and its practical application to real-time graphics.
- Deep knowledge of graphics optimization techniques, performance trade-offs, and efficient GPU utilization.
- Demonstrated ability to write efficient, portable, reliable, maintainable, and readable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Passion for games and real-time graphics, with genuine enthusiasm for creating high-quality interactive experiences.
- Experience shipping a AAA game title is highly desirable.
- Expertise in areas such as physically based rendering, real-time global illumination, post-processing, or natural-phenomena simulation is a plus.
