Key Responsibilities
Own billing and pricing systems including metering, usage roll-ups, pricing logic, and customer/admin surfaces.
Design APIs, data models, and product contracts for other teams to build on.
Expand ownership to accounts, access/identity, API keys, and model discovery systems.
Engineer for correctness and resilience, focusing on source of truth, idempotency, auditability, permissions, and observability.
Own operational health and on-call duties for the systems built.
Partner across product, infra, finance, revenue, security, and customer-facing teams to automate manual workflows.
