Key Responsibilities
Run discovery with stakeholders and write business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps for trading platform and liquidity solutions
Maintain a requirements backlog and traceability from epics/stories/test cases, supporting UAT and sign-off
Design KPIs and metrics for features such as trading fraud detection, execution quality, and compliance
Design optimal structure of system settings, considering hierarchies, profiling, scheduling, and automation
Clarify edge cases, perform gap analysis between current and target capabilities, and validate frontend deliverables against requirements
Create UI/UX requirements using wireframes and interaction flows
Participate in End-to-End testing and training the Support team

Nice to Have
BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Finance, Physics, Business Management, and/or Computer Science
Great analytical skills, logical analysis, and conceptual thinking
Exposure to statistical techniques used in surveillance (hypothesis testing, anomaly detection, basic Bayesian reasoning)
Experience with Figma for UI design
Prop trading experience including trading conditions, reporting, and antifraud methods
Programming & Data skills: SQL, Python basics, familiarity with REST/FIX APIs
Languages: Russian, English (B2+)
