Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in Senior Chatbot Development and advanced AI expertise.

Lead technical strategy for conversational AI platforms and agentic architectures
Mandatory C1 English and Spanish proficiency
Key Responsibilities
Architect cutting-edge agentic AI solutions for conversational platforms
Partner with global stakeholders to develop conversational AI platform strategy
Collaborate with business teams to identify and develop conversational AI opportunities
Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilots to demonstrate technology capability
Drive technical product integration within enterprise landscape adhering to security and AI principles
Manage technology and delivery vendors with rigorous Quality Assurance and governance
Maintain agile collaboration with Product Owner to align delivery with business goals
Promote internal adoption of new AI platforms and evaluate emerging technologies
Ensure strict adherence to enterprise security, operational standards, and corporate AI principles
