Hire, develop, and manage Builders while ensuring AI-first execution and high-quality delivery standards
Serve as the authoritative SME for digital banking systems, including account opening, KYC, and multi-channel experiences
Collaborate with Architects and Shippers to ensure system design, technical integrity, and operational readiness
Drive AI-first practices across the domain, leveraging AI tools for specification, design, and workflow optimization
Coordinate with other SVPs and COEs to maintain cross-domain consistency and regulatory compliance
Directly account for commercial outcomes tied to product delivery, including revenue and client retention
