Key Responsibilities
Design and build core AI runtime, intelligence systems, and agentic platforms for financial services
Architect AI-first contact centers and AI-native consumer banking experiences at production scale
Set technical standards by writing code, reviewing PRs, and enforcing quality/velocity across domains
Lead a pod of engineers and collaborate with Domain PMs to deliver measurable business outcomes
Embed AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code) as standard practice for the team
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and operational resilience for millions of users
