Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional sprint, release, and quarterly planning while coordinating dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across engineering teams
Review and validate functional/technical specifications, then define and improve engineering processes, workflows, and KPIs for predictable, high-quality releases
Monitor delivery performance, resolve blockers, and ensure adherence to quality standards and release timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery plans with business objectives and facilitate decision-making across technical and business teams
