Key Responsibilities

Define application strategy, roadmap, and prioritize users, workflows, and markets with disciplined decision-making

Conduct customer discovery, rapid prototyping, and market testing to identify high-potential product opportunities

Build and launch AI-native applications, translating complex multimodal AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences

Own application outcomes end-to-end, including activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and long-term adoption

Establish evaluation frameworks, quality thresholds, reliability standards, and launch guardrails for AI applications

Develop a continuous learning loop using customer data, product usage, and performance metrics to improve workflows

Serve as the internal customer for platform and model teams, defining API, latency, reliability, and cost requirements

Partner with engineering, design, commercial, revenue, and partnerships teams to scale products from prototypes

Work with strategic customers to uncover scalable use cases and transform insights into repeatable solutions

Recruit, mentor, and lead a lean team capable of rapid product iteration with minimal coordination overhead

Establish a culture of speed, product craft, user engagement, and continuous learning within the team

Build a portfolio thesis for future applications based on validated customer needs and market evidence

Achieve product-market fit, repeatable growth, and monetization within six months of hiring
