Key Responsibilities

Identify and define segmentation opportunities across partners, product categories, and customer segments

Develop pricing, promotions, sales processes, and customer journeys tailored to specific segments

Lead product development for repeat-customer retention, including segmentation and journey optimization

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across core product, web, customer app, and agent app teams

Build hypotheses with Product Marketing and Analytics, run tests, and scale validated mechanics

Create analytical assessments and business cases to support product decisions

Manage multiple parallel workstreams and cross-team dependencies with dynamic reprioritization
