Key Responsibilities

Design, scale, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure supporting autonomous systems and multi-team services

Build and maintain backend services (Golang) for autonomous platforms while ensuring high availability and uptime

Collaborate with product teams to deploy new products on the platform and address operational challenges

Lead observability infrastructure, including dashboards, alerts, and log aggregation for platform health monitoring

Conduct regular risk assessments, maintain a risk register, and implement mitigation strategies for security threats

Participate in on-call rotations, triage production incidents, and document root cause analyses and postmortems

Work with cloud vendors and external support teams to resolve technical issues and upgrade systems

Establish and maintain SaaS payment processes in collaboration with IT and purchasing teams
