Job Description

As our first dedicated Product Manager, you will shape the future of the platform that’s at the core of how Designity operates and delivers value. You will develop a deep understanding of our users and platform, identify the opportunities that matter most, establish a clear product roadmap, and help turn those priorities into improvements that help us scale.

Designity is a premium, AI-enabled and human-led Creative-as-a-Service company. We help brands scale creative and marketing work through dedicated Creative Director-led teams. Our model brings together senior creative leadership, multidisciplinary talent, managed execution, and AI-enabled workflows so clients can move faster without lowering the standard.

Why this role exists

Our platform is at the core of Designity’s success. It connects our clients, creatives, and internal teams, and plays a critical role in how we deliver our service efficiently and at scale.

As Designity grows, we need to make sure the platform grows with us. That means continuously improving the experience, solving friction, identifying new opportunities, and making thoughtful product decisions that support both our users and the business.

Today, it is built primarily on no-code technology, giving us the flexibility to evolve quickly as our business and user needs change. The opportunity now is to bring dedicated product leadership to how we prioritize, improve, and scale it further.

What you will be doing:

  • Shape the product direction: Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Designity's platform experiences.
  • Turn needs into priorities: Translate business goals, user feedback, and platform needs into clear product priorities that balance user value with business impact.
  • Find opportunities to improve: Evaluate existing systems, workflows, and product experiences to identify friction, uncover opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Keep the roadmap focused: Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, making thoughtful decisions based on business impact, user value, effort, and strategic priorities.
  • Define what we build: Collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to turn ideas and business needs into clear product requirements for new features and improvements.
  • Move ideas into execution: Own the product process from idea and requirements through implementation, launch, and iteration, ensuring solutions deliver the intended outcome.
  • Work within our no-code platform: Build a strong understanding of our Airtable-based workflows, automations, and product experiences, and collaborate with the no-code specialist responsible for implementation to test and ship improvements.
  • Learn and iterate: Measure product success through data, user feedback, and product usage, using those insights to continuously improve the platform.
  • Take ownership and keep things moving: Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and strong judgment, adaptability, and follow-through are essential.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within startups, high-growth companies, or similarly fast-moving environments.
  • Experience owning and evolving digital products through early growth and scaling stages.
  • Strong product strategy skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, backlog management, requirements definition, and translating business objectives into product decisions.
  • A solid understanding of how no-code products work, including workflows, data relationships, automations, integrations, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Ability to prototype, test, and iterate quickly using no-code and AI-native tools.
  • The ability to identify high-impact near-term opportunities while maintaining a clear long-term product vision.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to turn complex business and user challenges into practical product solutions.
  • Experience managing products that serve multiple user groups is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working with lean, cross-functional teams without large organizational structures
  • Strong ownership, initiative, and adaptability in an environment where priorities and opportunities can evolve quickly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create clarity around priorities, requirements, decisions, and tradeoffs.

How we work:

Designity is remote, with a structured virtual office environment built for close collaboration, clear communication, and meaningful connection. This role is open across LATAM, Europe, and South Africa.

To support collaboration with our team and U.S.-based clients, you will need to be available during our core collaboration window of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

What this role offers:

  • The opportunity to become Designity's first dedicated Product Manager and shape how the product function develops.
  • Ownership over a platform that is central to Designity's operations, client experience, and continued growth.
  • The ability to experiment with AI-native tools and new approaches to product exploration and prototyping.
  • Collaboration with global teams in a multicultural environment.
  • A fully remote environment with structured virtual collaboration.
  • Paid time off to rest and recharge.
  • Professional growth and continued skill development.
  • A fast-moving, supportive environment that values initiative, experimentation, accountability, and high standards.

We believe great teams are built on shared values:

  • Choose Positivity and lift those around you.
  • Say It Straight with honesty and respect.
  • Raise the Bar by never settling for average.
  • Take Ownership of your work and your impact.
  • Move with Purpose and make every action count.

Success in this role means:

  • Building a product roadmap that connects user needs and business priorities with Designity's long-term growth.
  • Making the platform an increasingly powerful driver of efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Developing a deep understanding of clients, creatives, and internal teams and ensuring their most important needs inform product decisions.
  • Identifying high-impact opportunities and turning them into meaningful, measurable product improvements.
  • Creating clear priorities and tradeoffs so teams understand what we are building, why it matters, and what success looks like.
  • Using data, user feedback, and product judgment to continuously improve the platform.
  • Balancing immediate opportunities with the longer-term scalability and evolution of the Designity product.
  • Becoming a trusted product partner to leadership and helping shape how technology supports Designity's next stage of growth.
