Key Responsibilities
Lead hands-on Dynatrace implementation for prioritized applications, services, and technical platforms
Develop and maintain reusable Dynatrace onboarding patterns, dashboards, alerting rules, and service flows
Improve telemetry quality, environment consistency, and diagnostic visibility across platforms
Integrate observability requirements into CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices, and release readiness
Coach internal engineers and delivery teams on Dynatrace implementation, dashboards, alerting, and best practices
Strengthen operational monitoring through improved incident diagnostics, alert quality, and feedback loops
Participate in scrum activities including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
