Key Responsibilities

Embed directly within a product team (SMB, Scaler, or Enterprise) to solve focused ML problems tied to customer and business outcomes

Own ML projects end-to-end, including problem framing, approach selection, execution, shipping, and monitoring performance in production

Determine whether to fine-tune or build models internally or integrate external models/APIs for fastest value delivery

Ship features rapidly (weeks, not quarters) with a focus on rapid iteration and customer impact

Collaborate closely with the ML team while remaining aligned with product team priorities and cadence

Stay close to users by gathering feedback, monitoring feature usage, and driving iterative improvements

Write production-ready code within the product team’s codebase, ensuring maintainability and quality

Design sound evaluations, monitor performance, and investigate failures post-launch
