Key Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and optimize Oracle databases

Analyze database and application performance and provide tuning recommendations

Ensure database availability, security, integrity, and performance

Support 24x7 production environments and participate in standby/on-call activities

Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis

Develop proactive/preventive monitoring and alerting solutions

Create dashboards using Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus

Support CI/CD and automated deployments across containerized and non-containerized platforms

Support and troubleshoot Tibco BW 5.x and Tibco EMS environments

Identify automation and process improvements to help development teams reduce lead time

Ensure security, privacy, risk, and compliance requirements are followed

Work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment
