Key Responsibilities

Work across a growing Payments domain spanning debit, credit, and cross-border payments

Partner closely with product and engineering to define and validate tracking requirements for the mobile app interface and transaction feed

Support analytics for new initiatives including the Daily Banking launch

Own mobile analytics end-to-end — requirements, monitoring, funnel and drop-off analysis, research, and documentation

Own Transaction Feed analytics for the Salmon App — merchant naming standardization, transaction categorization, and icon mapping logic

Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics for Payments products

Monitor key payment metrics and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Support forecasting and financial reporting for credit products and bills payment streams

Deliver clear stakeholder presentations that turn analysis into decisions
