Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer – Payment Systems Automation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QC Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our high-transaction payment systems. You will play a crucial role in automating tests to validate the performance, functionality, and security of our payment platforms. Your work will directly impact the seamless experience of millions of users, ensuring smooth and secure payment transactions across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for payment systems, ensuring the functionality, security, and performance meet the highest standards.

- Implement automated testing frameworks to validate payment processing workflows, including cryptocurrency transactions and traditional payment methods.

- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Execute performance, load, and stress testing to identify potential bottlenecks and vulnerabilities in the payment systems.

- Troubleshoot issues, log defects, and track their resolution to ensure product quality.

- Perform regression testing to ensure stability during updates and releases.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all payment system features are thoroughly tested, meeting compliance and security requirements.

Requirements:

-4+ years of experience in software testing with a good QC mindset

-Experience in testing software on different Browsers and devices

-Work with client departments in development, testing and implementation of application programs having impact on improving the business by advising application owners on the technology possibilities and requirements

-Making recommendations regarding the ongoing viability of a project plan based on ability to deliver upon agreed functionality within approved budget and schedule for medium to large complex projects

-Familiar with working in Agile team

-Analyzing skill & thoroughly understanding the testing process

-Good teamwork spirit and independent, decisive maker.

-Experience of testing platforms and tools, such as Jira, Postman

-Proactive, progressive and aggressive in work

-Work well independently

Desired skills & qualifications

- Familiarity with payment workflows and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.
