Rantec Power Systems is expanding its HR Team and looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership for our HR function. This highly visible 100% on-site position will partner closely with executive leadership to build a high-performing organization and to continue to strengthen the culture our Team is proud to be part of.
What You’ll Lead
- Talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and employment branding
- Performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Compensation, benefits, leave, training, and employee-engagement programs
- Employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations, and compliance
- HR analytics, organizational planning, and continuous process improvement
- A responsive and collaborative HR team focused on exceptional service

- You inspire managers to lead their people – coming alongside them to hit performance, development and engagement goals

- Continuous improvement is just how you operate
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Masters preferred.
- SPHR/PHR certification required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing experienced preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, project-management, and influencing skills
- Tech Save leader with Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and ATS Software’s
- A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment
