Key Responsibilities

Lead and support data migration and ETL activities for Azure and COTS platforms

Analyze source and target data structures, develop migration strategies, and perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and validation

Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, duplicates, and mapping gaps using complex SQL scripts

Support source-to-target data mapping, migration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis

Maintain migration documentation, mappings, validation results, and issue logs using Azure DevOps

Work closely with application teams, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders for testing, deployment, cutover, and post-migration stabilization
