Key Highlights
Define business and functional requirements for trading platforms, liquidity routing, and compliance features
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Legal teams to deliver end-to-end trading solutions
Design KPIs, metrics, and system settings while ensuring regulatory compliance (ESMA, CySEC, FCA, GDPR)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions to gather and document trading system requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
Maintain a traceable requirements backlog, support UAT, and ensure sign-off for trading platform and liquidity solutions
Design KPIs, metrics, and throughput benchmarks for fraud detection, execution quality, and compliance features
Clarify edge cases, perform gap analysis, and validate frontend deliverables against defined requirements
Create UI/UX requirements using wireframes and interaction flows, and participate in end-to-end testing and training

Technical Skills Required
FIX Protocol (4.4/5.0) Trading Technologies (cTrader, PrimeXM, oneZero, MT4/MT5) SQL
