Key Responsibilities
Communicate with stakeholders, managers, users, and the development team to maintain clarity around the payment product vision and ensure alignment with business objectives
Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer needs, staying up to date with new payment products, industry developments, and emerging market trends
Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, define deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks
Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business requirements, customer needs, and available resources
Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes
Collect and analyze business needs and translate them into clear business requirements for the development team
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization across payment flows and related operations
Define and track key metrics to measure operational effectiveness and product performance
Understand, monitor, and manage risks, dependencies, and interdependencies with other teams and projects
Maintain clear visibility over product scope, delivery timelines, priorities, and quality throughout the development lifecycle
Work closely with development and relevant stakeholders to ensure functionality is delivered according to requirements and is ready for production
Support the continuous improvement of payment products, processes, and customer journeys
