Job Description
This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of a fast-growing, YC-backed AI startup building AI compliance analysts for banks and fintechs.
We’re looking for an exceptional senior engineer with strong end-to-end product ownership, startup experience, and the ability to operate with significant autonomy.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $240k–$300k base + competitive equity
Employment type: Full-time
Work setup: On-site, 5 days per week
Visa: Open to visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers
This company is building AI analysts that automate complex, manual compliance workflows for banks and fintechs, including KYC, KYB, AML, transaction monitoring, and business onboarding.
Its AI agents operate directly within browsers and customer systems, handling integration-heavy workflows that traditionally require significant manual work.
The company is YC-backed, already serving financial institutions across multiple markets, and is rapidly expanding its engineering team as customer demand grows.
This is a senior, high-ownership engineering role for someone who wants to build across the stack rather than own one narrow piece of infrastructure.
