Key Responsibilities

Own the complete requirements lifecycle, from elicitation to maintenance, across hardware, software, and ML components

Establish and maintain rigorous requirements traceability and verification strategies for autonomous systems

Develop, document, and execute simulation/validation tools and field-testing programs for vehicle performance and safety

Lead hazard analyses (FMEA, Fault Tree, Risk Assessments) and mitigation strategies for safety-critical autonomy

Serve as a technical liaison between ML, embedded software, hardware, and functional safety teams

Support full autonomous-system development lifecycle, from early-stage testing to field deployment

Technical Skills Required

Systems Engineering Verification & Validation Functional Safety Standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448/SOTIF)

Competitive base salary range of $131,000–$228,000 USD per year

You will work at the intersection of systems engineering, robotics, machine learning, hardware, software, and functional safety.
