Key Responsibilities
Own core daily administration of workforce including on- and offboarding
Make employee requests faster by turning high-volume topics into self-serve or automated workflows
Spot friction and build automations using AI tools to streamline repetitive admin tasks
Become a confident second pair of eyes on monthly payroll process
Document built solutions for team accessibility and extension
Lift team's AI capability to make automation a shared habit
Demonstrate sound judgment in determining which work deserves automating vs. manual handling
Show learning velocity by walking through unfamiliar ground taken on
Take ownership by carrying problems to completion and fixing small things without waiting for permission
Maintain precision and discretion with sensitive information like compensation and exits
Have a service instinct to genuinely help colleagues
