📍 Location: Financial District (FiDi), San Francisco, CA
💰 Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 Base | OTE: $350,000 – $600,000 + Equity

- 1–4 years of high-velocity full-stack engineering experience.
- Background at an S-tier VC-backed startup, Tier-1 Quant firm (Citadel, HRT, Jane Street, Optiver, IMC), or Founding Engineer at a high-growth startup ($2.5M+ raised).
- Education: B.S./M.S. in CS from a Top-30 university (US/CA/EUR). (Top-10 CS degree like UC Berkeley / CMU required if coming from Big Tech).
- Tech Stack: Next.js / React, Node.js / Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS/GCP.
- Human Data / AI Experience: Scale AI, Surge AI, Snorkel AI, Labelbox, Mercor, Micro1 experience is a huge plus (premium compensation offered).
