Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in Trade Support, Application Support, Production Support, or SRE environments.
- Strong understanding of electronic trading systems, order management, or market connectivity.
- Experience supporting mission-critical applications in a 24/7 production environment.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
- Excellent Python programming
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Dynatrace.
- Understanding of incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
