Implement event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ or Kafka for claims events, policy updates, and notifications
Write and maintain unit and integration tests with focus on monetary calculations and claims accuracy
Instrument services with Grafana/Prometheus for monitoring critical flows
Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps in Agile/Scrum framework
Contribute to architectural decisions balancing flexibility and maintainability
