Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer implementations including technical discovery, integration planning, configuration, testing, and successful deployment

Design and build customer data integrations using APIs, batch ingestion processes, ETL workflows, and data transformation techniques

Analyze complex and imperfect customer datasets creating reliable mappings and workflows that support fraud and compliance use cases

Develop and optimize fraud and AML detection strategies by translating customer requirements into effective rules, typologies, and investigation workflows

Configure case management processes including workflows related to investigations, reporting, and compliance requirements

Deploy and improve AI-powered solutions through phased rollouts and human-in-the-loop approaches

Provide ongoing customer support after implementation through platform tuning, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and enablement

Create scripts, automations, reusable tools, and implementation frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams by sharing customer insights and contributing to platform enhancements

Act as a trusted technical advisor communicating effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
